DIRECT ADMISSIONS INTO NIGERIAN AND GHANA UNIVERSITIES

DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION
Nidel Remedial Institute is at it again. We are embarking on a campaign to reduce the level of admission competition in Nigeria and Africa.it is a fact that some parents have the financial capability to train their wards but the admission process can be so cumbersome that a lot of people are denied the opportunity to gain admission into top notch Universities in Nigerian and other parts of the world.
In our campaign to reduce the incidence of non-admission. We have put together a team of seasoned graduate teachers to train our candidates at both the o level and A level examinations, so that their names will be on the merit list, thereby making admission possible for them.
While would one write O level exams thirteen times (13) times as somebody I know? It is unacceptable.
Nidel Remedials is registered and we back our statements with integrity and responsibility. We make bold to say our trainings on O level and A levels are yielding the needed results. Our experience in the education sector is being put to work for our candidates.

TRAINING

Training is a short term procedure using systematic and organised procedures by which non-managerial staff learn techniccal knowledge and skills for a definite purpose
From the above it is clear that training is timebound,it must have a commencing and termination period as it follows a "sytematic and organised " process. This means following a laid down procedures such writing lesson notes, using diagrams for illustrations, evaluations and using appropriete techniques.
There people who are not good in training, their teaching, presentation delivery is poor. When they train,no behavioural change ever occur. The reason could be the procedure or approach was not systematic. It is systematic pattern of training that examination bodies like west african examination council, institute of chartered accountants and a host of others have sylabi and course outline.Training is an organisation's planned effort to change behaviour or attitudes of people so that they can perform to accepted standard.
Al trainings that is worth its salts must bring about a change in behaviour, making a low qualified person to become food safety manager after going through a training period or a school certificate holder become a computer engineer, practising according to expected standard as it is done in other places. It becomes possible after training to use the registers of a particular profession or industry.
According to Armstrong, the aim of/objective of training are
1.to shorten learning time so that new recruits reach their peak of efficiency as quick as possible
2.to improve the performance of existing employees
3.to assist people to develop their capabilities so that the company can meet most if not all of its future requirements for managers, supervisors, and higher grade professional, technical and sales or production staff within an organisation
